A maximum of 18 patients at San José and 10 at Riverside. That scale is a deliberate clinical choice. It means every member of the team truly knows who you are. You are not a bed count. You are a person.
When someone becomes difficult, resistant or dysregulated many programs simply discharge them. Our no-expulsion philosophy means we stay engaged through the hardest moments. Because that is when people need the most support.
If relapse occurs within 6 months of completing our 120-day program, the door is always open. Thirty days at no extra cost. Almost no other center offers this.
