Four steps from first contact to arrival

Call, email or complete the free evaluation form. Our admissions team is available 24/7. Leadership is closely involved in the admissions process.

Clinical review

We review the case profile, confirm clinical fit and advise on which center is most appropriate. San José Rohrmoser or Atenas Riverside.
III

Enrollment and logistics

Once the decision is made we coordinate travel, arrival and any pre-admission documentation. Airport transfer is included.
IV

Arrival and evaluation

On arrival every client undergoes a comprehensive medical evaluation followed by a full psychiatric assessment. The treatment plan is finalized from there.

About Riverside

Reserve pays the 50% reservation deposit on the first month's fee. Online payments are completed on BAC Credomatic's secure checkout.

Programs available at 30, 60, 90 and 120 days. The 30-day guarantee applies to clients who complete the full 120-day program. Read the full guarantee

Payment and refund policy

Reservations, payment and refunds

How do I reserve a place?

To reserve a place in the program, we require a 50% reservation deposit of the first month's fee before arrival. We accept credit cards and international wire transfers, and you can pay the deposit online with the Reserve buttons above.

Places can be reserved up to 2 weeks before arrival. Otherwise, admission is first come, first served, subject to availability.

What if I cancel or can't arrive on the reserved date?

If you cancel your reservation 7 days before arriving, you receive a full refund.

If a client does not arrive within 7 days of the reserved arrival date without contacting our admissions team, CRTC may keep the reservation deposit to cover the time reserved. We will make every effort to reschedule the arrival and apply the deposit to the payment.

When is the full payment due?

Full payment is due on arrival at the center.

What if I need to leave treatment early?

We understand that circumstances beyond your control can arise, and we review each case individually. If you need to leave early for valid reasons before completing treatment, we offer a credit for the days paid and unused, valid for up to 6 months after your departure date.

What happens if a client breaks the rules or leaves against medical advice?

As part of admissions, each client receives a detailed list of rules for their stay. If a client breaks these rules, CRTC may discharge them immediately without a refund.

A client who leaves treatment against medical advice (AMA) forfeits their payment and is not eligible for a refund. They can return only after a 10-day cooling-off period, subject to approval by the clinical staff, and must pay for treatment again.
